This image pokes fun at the fact that modern Easter is relatively disconnected from the original celebration held in the early church which was basically just a standard passover meal. It was centuries before the Christian church separated the Christian version of the passover from the Jewish version officially.
This piece is for fun. It is not meant as an insult to Jesus or his followers. If anything it’s a thought piece to remind people that bunnies and eggs were not part of the Christian tradition.
